Big Mo 40°
Hands in at night. Hands out during the day. So thick and cozy, they won't want to take it off, ever.
Big mo 40°

Fully-enclosed footbox keeps little toes cozy.
Wash at home for quick, easy clean-up.
He was warm and cozy- it was 8 degrees over night and he had no coldness or discomfort!
We used this in about 5°C with a merino wool sleep sac underneath. My daughter slept fantastic even the first night wearing it. She was a little hesitant at first and tried to take it off but in the morning she was happy to be in it rolling around the tent (it's so cute too boot!)
Very happy with the bag, although some of the insulation cells are quite thin in the back, lacking filler. Not much of a problem if they sleep on their back, but could be a quality control issue. Bag compresses down nicely, is a great colour, and our 2yo loves being in it. Another point is this bag is quite noisy when child moves around which actually suits us because we can tell which child is awake. Noise usually goes hand in hand with compressibility in sleeping bags, so don't really mind.
We are very satisfied with the product, however the finitions could be better. Indeed, our son woke twice crying because he had an inside thread wraped up around his toe and hurting him...
AMAZING customer service. Order the little mo first for our petite (15th percentile) 20 month old and found it to be too small lengthwise. Used it for only one night camping and seam ripped at the bottom (I think because it’s just too small, even though she’s within height and weight for the little mo). Contacted Morrison and they were so easy to work with. Immediately sent me a shipping label to return my little mo, and refunded me, and I got the big mo. It’s big on her, for sure, BUT we’ll get so much more use out of it. I’m really pleased with it, but even more so with the company.
I love this sleeping bag!!!
It was a gift for my granddaughter. The family loved it!
We love this brand!! Our baby sleeps amazing and is so comfortable! Worth having
It was about 40 degrees outside and we camped for a week. Both kids slept great in their Morrison sleeping bags!
Our daughter couldn’t wait to go camping thanks to the excitement of using this sleeping bag! She fell asleep after our hike and the front zip made it so easy to transfer her in without really waking her. Hands free for breakfast in the morning too was a real win! I want one!
We finally had some cooler nights in our tent that showed off how great this sleeping bag is. We all slept uninterrupted while he was in the sleeping bag. Excited for many more uses!
I think we bought this item to late in our child's life. He no longer likes to wear sleepsacs and therefore doesn't particularly like it. But it would be great for a baby for sure. We like the hand open and close options.
Great quality and exactly what I was looking for! My 1 year old son was very toasty, even a little too hot with his polar PJ (40 degres). Very comfy yoo!
My two and a half year old loved his sleeping bag the first time he got to try it. Looking forward to using this for years!
Couldn’t recommend this sleeping bag more. No need to stress or worry about our little one being too cold or being unsafe. He was so toasty and the nature of the sleeping bag having arms meant that there was no chance of him slipping to the bottom of a sleeping bag. Worth the money for the peace of mind and our little guy loves wearing it!!
Excellent quality bag ~ so soft and warm and packs well. Better than I expected :)
Exactly what we needed to elevate our camping experience and not worry if our 2yo was warm enough at night! 100% excellent purchase.
We just used the big Mo 40 for our spring break trip in Eastern Oregon. We woke up one morning to 19 degrees. Our 1 year old was very roasty toasty!! We used a regular sleeping bag as a base to lay her on top of and also laid a regular fleece blanket over her. Since our 1yr old is tall, we went with the big Mo. We had to make a minor adjustment- we made a small stitch on the side of the neck opening to make it smaller so her head didn't slip through. We are very happy with this purchase!
This sleeping bag is amazing. I have one for my baby and my toddler and both help give me peace of mind that they are sleeping warm enough, and also safe enough. There is nothing else out there that I trust to keep my kids warm while camping! It has been a game changer in being able to continue camping with small children.
m and safe. Thank you! ! ! amd cozy when we went camping in 50 degree weather. The sleeping bag fit comfortably on him and stayed securely below his face. As a result, we all slept better knowing he warm and safe. Thank you!
Bought this with camping and some very short backpacking adventures in mind. Haven't used it in the field, yet, but my three year old enjoys using it at home once in a while. The material is comfortable (especially the soft neck collar), it packs down well enough for my purposes, and the cuffs roll over to keep little hands warm. I am a fan of the two way zipper. Can't speak to durability, yet, but I am hoping it will last until she outgrows it.
Bought this as a gift for my grandson. His mom & dad are very happy with it.
I was afraid my 2 year old wouldn’t like being zipped into a sack but I knew she wiggled too much for a normal sleeping bag so we gave it a shot. She loves it! I put it on her fully clothed to try it on and she refused to take it off lol It was perfect for our camping trip and I slept much better knowing she was warm and covered all night. Absolutely recommend!
Absolutely love it!! I have lots of anxiety when it comes to camping with kiddos but this sleeping bag put my mama mind at peace at night. When I took it in the morning, his body was warm. And he slept great! Totally recommend!!
Took our two-year-old camping in this in near freezing conditions and he woke up toasty each morning.
Obsessed with these sleeping bags. My 4.5 year old slept great in the BIG MO 40 and my daughter slept great in the LITTLE MO 20. We went to Zion over Thanksgiving and it was 20 degrees at night. No complaints out of either of them. I also love the little bag it comes with to keep things nice and tidy. What a genius product and so well made. We look forward to more freezing nights slept out under the stars...as our kids will be nice and toasty in their Morrisons!
I had a friends recommend the larger size for my 15th month old. She purchased the small size and said her son was growing out of it quickly (same age and size). I ordered the larger size and quickly realized that the large size was very big! I ended up borrowing her small size to go on a long 2 week camping trip and it worked out great.
Love our Big Mo's! Keep our kids nice, warm and cosy all night long. Highly recommend purchasing one!
Our daughter loves her sleeping bag! We let her try it on before our first camping trip and she took to it immediately. She slept like a champ the first night we used it tent camping. Love how soft the fabric is! It’s got enough length that I expect it to last a long time. Thanks for such a quality product and quick shipping. I would definitely recommend!
This sleeping bag works perfect for our toddler and I was more than impressed with their customer service!!
After placing an order I needed to switch the shipping address and Morrison Outdoors did a phenomenal job of switching the address and getting the Sleeping Bag to use before our camping trip! Amazing product and incredible customer service!
Both boys (10 months and 3 years old) wanted to use it! Very soft fabric, very puffy!
We got this for our two year old for a camping trip. It kept her warm and cozy and she slept great. I love that it’ll fit her next summer too. I also appreciated quick response letting me know that there are no flame retardant chemicals or PVCs. Nice to know it’s not exposing my little one to any of that.
Love this sleeping bag. My 2 year old slept well and kept warm with night time temps in the low 40s.
Very nice for keeping a squirmy toddler warm. I was actually able to sleep because I wasn't worried about him.
My almost 3 year old loved the Bigmo 40 degree bag and wouldn’t take it off in the morning. It was in the high 40s at night and my son wore a base layer and pjs underneath and was plenty warm.
We like the sleeping bag so far. The double zipper (from top to bottom and bottom to top) is super useful. We bought this sleeping bag because we couldn't find anything comparable for a toddler, but we are finding that when our baby turns over in it, he gets all wrapped up in the bottom of the bag (maybe too wide on the bottom? Not sure) and then wakes up frantic because he can't move. The bag is very warm so it is also certainly important to keep a watch on your toddler at night.
We love, love, love these bags!! Cozy, comfy, wear well, wash well, the list goes on! They do run warm, but the options to leave hands in/out plus the zipper that goes both ways help regulate the temperature. I've bought a few as gifts, and always recommend them to my outdoorsy friends. Highly recommend!
Our kiddo outgrew the small size and she is now in the larger one! It is fantastic. From camping in summer, to even emergency warmth when our heat went out, this is basically a must have for a kiddo.
We really love this sleeping bag and company! The best customer service I have come across. Genuinely wonderful people with a well-made, safe product. Keeps my toddler cozy and always covered which is incredibly helpful as he flops around the tent like a fish out of water while he sleeps. He can move around in it easily when he's actually awake too, sits up with no problem, and can still drink out of his Munchkin cup with his mitts covered. The color is beautiful and vibrant, the material is high quality, and it comes with a little stuff sack. If you're on the fence, just go for it, you won't regret it!
Perfect for our sons first camping trip! It was the only essential item we were missing in order to take him with us. Looking forward to using this bag on many more trips as he grows.
This sleeping bag is the absolute best solution for camping with little ones! My daughter is 2 and sleeps in a sleep sack every night. Her Big Mo bag felt familiar to her, and she loved it right away. She tends to wiggle around quite a bit while sleeping and I slept SO much better knowing she would be warm and cozy even if she wiggled off of her sleeping pad a bit. I do wish the outer fabric was a tad less slippery, because I feel like this contributed to her slipping off of her pad a bit. But, there is nothing else like the Big Mo out there and we’re so glad we made the decision to try it out!
The Australian ski season is about to start. Snow is still a bit marginal so we spend three days snow walking with one year old Dusty snug in her Morrison sleeping bag inside our Thule chariot in pulk mode. The bag was fantastic.
We ended up getting it a little too big. But it made the difference between restless cold co-sleeping nights and everyone getting rest in their own sleeping space. I am so glad we have it for the rest of this season and the next few seasons to come!
I loved this sleeping bag! My toddler 2 years and 4 month old slept great in the 2-4 years sleeping bag, in low 40 temperatures! He slept through the night and seemed very confi!
It is so soft and cozy. It fits my 2.5 y/o. It packs up nice and small.
My toddler was cozy and comfortable in this sleeping bag in our tent even though it got quite chilly at night. There are cheaper options out there, but this is a really well-made product that I can rely on to last through the seasons of camping (and I'll probably be able to pass it on to someone else in a few years when she outgrows it), so it's worth the investment to me.
Toddler loves it! Kept warm during the camp trip dipped to 34F. The two way zipper was great for diaper change while keeping torso warm.
This sleeping bag was PERFECT for our 18m old! He went right to sleep after I put him in it and he slept all night! He was even able to roll over and sleep on his belly without getting stuck.
We used this camping with our 19 month old and it got down to about 35 degrees in the Adirondacks in a tent. He was super cozy in his pack and play with this on, plus a winter hat. Just normal cotton pajamas on underneath. He didn't wake up once! So glad we stumbled upon this for him.
Before we bought the Morrison Big Mo 40 degree bag, I was worried all night long wondering if our 2 yr old was warm enough! Now, I am sleeping stress free and am OH SO GRATEFUL!!! Thanks for making something that is safe, warm and reliable! All he had on was a base layer and he was toasty in 39 degree weather! Camping in fall in our backyard in the Colorado mtns—- here we come!
We got the big Mo 40 degree bag because our toddler needs to have access to her hands. We were testing the limits by camping on a night with a low of 41 but she slept great and when we took off the bag in the AM she was so toasty!! I wish I had my own haha. (We did put an extra blanket over her and checked her multiple times throughout the night to make sure she was not getting cold- next time I will sleep easier knowing she was indeed warm enough)
Our little one loved it!
I noticed a small pin hole in the fabric and some of the stuffing was sricking out of it when i opened it this past weekend. What can i do to fix this so it doesn't become a larger hole? Other then that i like it.
The Big Mo is a fantastic! We've used it for one weekend of camping so far and our son (2 1/2) slept through the night both nights, instead of waking up really early because he had slithered out of his sleeping bag. Our son wasn't too sure about it the first night, but was excited to put it on the second night! We'll be taking it on a four-night backpacking trip soon, so are hopeful that it works well for that trip too. I only wish we had purchased the smaller one when he was younger, but take our advice and buy one!
I have one of these for my 3 year old, and the one for smaller babies for my 8 month old. I LOVE them! I sleep so much easier knowing my babies are warm, comfortable and safe in their bags! We never go camping without them!
Although we haven’t used it on an actual camping trip just yet, it fits great and the color is very vibrant. Love that the hands have the option to be open or closed. Seems sturdy enough to pass on to the cousins.
Warm, high quality and plenty of room to grow. The 40 degree bag is Perfect for high mountain summer camping. So happy we found this thing- excellent sleeping solution!
My son is so excited about his new sleeping bag! He loves wearing it and practicing for camping. Really appreciate the folks at Morrison Outdoors.
Awesome concept but it’s really short and not sure how the Big Mo is for 2-4years old. My 24lb 11 month old just fits it. Her feet touches the bottom already so hope she doesn’t outgrow it this season. We unfortunately won’t be able to use two seasons
This a pic of the Little Mo, because our brand new Big Mo, is too big for my little dude who isn't quite 2 yet. He loves his sleeping bag, and as his parent, I love that he stays warm and cozy all night, even when the temp drops. We have used the Little Mo, everywhere, from backpacking in mountain terrain to RVing, in a Yome in the high desert and in our car camping tent at the coast. It's the one consistent thing on our adventures that makes bedtime super easy!
This toddler sleeping bag was just what we were looking for! We just got back from a week of camping in Lake Tahoe and our son didn't once wake up in the middle of the night! We'd gone camping several times prior to buying this bag and our 2 year old son woke up several times every night we'd camped because he was cold.
I bought this for a winter camping trip in Australia. It was More than perfect!!! With a pair of thermals for pjs and low temps of 5°(celsius), my 2.5yo was snug as a bug.
We took our 2 year old camping for her birthday so she could try out her present. (A Big Mo). She absolutely loved it, and slept cozy all night long at 9000ft in Colorado. It fit great and she didn’t want to take it off in the morning... Great product!
