Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund.

Return Eligibility: 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Required Documentation:

To process your return, we will need your original order number.


Partial Refunds:

Please note that partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error OR a
ny item returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Return Shipping:

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is granted, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Make sure to ship your return item within 10 days of receiving your return label.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may differ depending on your location.
Customers initiating returns from outside the US will be responsible for their own return shipping costs.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially be posted. After that, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at hello@morrisonoutdoors.com.


Store Credit:

We will accept exchanges for store credit. Additionally, if you opt for this choice, you will receive a bonus credit of $5.00.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

Items labeled "close-out," "final sale," "clearance,"  "used,"   or similar designations are not eligible for returns at any time. We reserve the right to use additional similar language to indicate items that cannot be returned.

Price Adjustments:

If the price of an item decreases within 30 days of your purchase, customers may request a one-time "price adjustment refund" for the difference. This refund request is subject to approval and is not guaranteed. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

We will accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, as well as for those wishing to swap for a different size or style.

Gifts:

Did you receive a gift that doesn’t quite suit you? No worries! We’re more than happy to provide an exchange or store credit equivalent to the value of your return. We can handle gift exchanges discreetly, ensuring that your gift giver remains unaware.
