Kids grow fast. That's why we created our trade-in program: to make it easy to get credit for your gently used gear, and give those products another chance to shine!

How it Works

Step 1: Register

Initiate your trade-in by sending us an email with your address and product details.


We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.


Carefully package your item, affix the label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Step 2: Get Store Credit

After we receive and process your item, you will receive store credit worth up to 20% of the product's retail price, which you can use for your next purchase with us here at MO!

Trade-In FAQ

How much store credit will I get?

Once your trade-in item is processed, we will review its condition. You can expect to receive up to 20% of the product's current retail value.


You will be emailed a store discount code which you can use towards your next MO purchase!

What happens to the items after they are traded in?

All used items we receive are resold on our website. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to guarantee that it functions properly and is ready for its next chapter.

How long does it take to process a trade-in?

Once the trade-in item arrives at our headquarters, we should be reaching out within 10 business days to confirm your store discount (although usually sooner).

Can all items be traded in? 

Most products available for sale on our website are eligible for trade-in. Please check the specific product page for its eligibility details.

Is the trade-in program open to all countries?

YES! This program is open to all countries. US & Canada returns will receive a prepaid return label. International returns will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item.

 Is it possible to request my trade-in product back after sending it in?

Regrettably, we are unable to return your product if you choose not to move forward with your trade-in once we receive it.
