We finally got to take our first family camping trip this past weekend— and we are beyond impressed with the Little Mo baby sleeping bag. Our son is 8 months old and stayed nice and warm amongst cold winds and snowfall! Seriously he slept great all night and each time I’d check on him he was perfect. 10/10!!
Dallan T.
The peace of mind this product offers me is priceless, for camping yes, but even more so for general emergency preparedness.
Caroline B.
My 15 month old stayed warm and cozy all night long! It was so nice not worrying about a hood covering her face in the night.
Sam C.
Used a Little Mo 20 in the Lake District in England sleeping in a bothy this last week. Our baby loved it (giggling whenever she went in) and was always toasty, even when we were feeling a little chilly. We loved that she was safe and warm and that she was able to join us in loving adventures too!
Allie M.
We got the little Mo for our 11 month old’s first camping trip. It is perfect for spring time camping in Canada. He was so cozy in it.
Ciarra B.
Took my 10 month old on his first camping trip. It was a blustery, rainy PNW weekend and he stayed toasty in the the little mo 20. The material is a bit slippery when carrying a squirming babe but otherwise it was perfect. Looking forward to much more use this year!
Luke R.
Excellent product, kept our little boy nice and cozy all through the night!
Cecily T.
The outdoorsy mama-and-papa-to-be were very excited to receive the moss green Little Mo bag as a bebe shower gift!! Great gift for campers with kiddos
Daniel S.
We haven’t had the chance to use the Little Mo 20 outdoors yet, but it was put to good use during a recent power outage. Temps in the house crept into the low 50’s, and while his parents tossed and turned, little Ben was fast asleep in his crib. We were so thankful to have the bag on hand!! Can’t wait to get it out under the stars. Thanks Morrison Outdoors!
Emma H.
We are horse and bison ranchers in Northern Canada. Having my child outdoors with me in the winter is a must, keeping her warm and happy is my biggest priority. I have recommended this product to many of my “ranch mom” friends.
Shelby M.
We live in the Yukon and even summer nights can dip below zero here. We used our Lil' Mo 20 for the first time when she turned 6 months to camp out on the Thanksgiving long weekend. It had snowed earlier that week and the forecast was colder than we had hoped but our little one was nice and toasty in her Mo!
Taylor D.
Worked great. Kept the baby warm in 0° weather!
Ryan D.
Amazing quality super light weight and smart design our little guy loves it. No need to bundle him up in 3 layers anymore!
Celine P.
Wonderful customer service!
Beautiful product!
Highly recommend shopping with Morrison outdoors!
Lauren B.
Took our 7 month on his first bike packing trip at the Oregon Coast. The night was pretty chilly. The lil Mo did the job and kept our baby cozy and warm. He slept so well, which means we did too. We will be recommending this product to our friends who also like to adventure!!! Great Product!
Kelsey H.
This thing is awesome! It kept our daughter warm and comfortable even when temps unexpectedly dipped below freezing one night. I wasn't sure how our thumb-sucking one year old would like having her hands covered, but it turned out she was delighted be the feeling of the fabric and the sound it made when she clapped! I wish we'd had this for our older kids. We'll be recommending it to all of our outdoorsy friends!
Laura S.
Great little sleep sack! And it helps that the baby looks adorable in it.
Sally G.
Exactly what we needed. Our baby was so toasty warm! Well Done Morrison!
Make one thing and make it perfect

The product was great and I would recommend this sleeping bag for anyone who plans on going camping with there young child the company was also great to deal with. I would purchase from them again because they had great customer service
Emily S.
Love this item in theory but very disappointed with how long it has lasted. Second night camping with my 7 month old and there is already down escaping from the armpit area. We have had to tape it so stop them going in his mouth. So much money for such an issue :(
Stephanie A.
We used the Little Mo 20 while camping in MN (temperatures in the 40s-50s F) and our 12-month-old was comfortable and warm. He slept through the night without waking even when others in our camping group woke up because of the cold. The peace of mind in knowing that my son was safe and comfortable made this a great purchase! I also love that it's easy to wash.
Separately, the customer service at Morrison Outdoors is EXCELLENT. I contacted them with an issue and they went above and beyond to provide a solution. Thanks!
Eve M.
The one big downside for our baby girl and this sleeping bag is that she is a thumb sucker and the sleeves do not have openings. Nor do they have a convertible option.
Cynthia M.
We haven’t used it yet but it is high quality and we are sure our little one will be toasty warm in it!
Deani H.
Love it! It's great!
Caralee A.
I searched for months to find an alternative to co-sleeping in my down sleeping bag when planning our trip to hike along the great divide. Who would have thought the 6 month old would sleep better than the rest of us! She was warm on the near freezing nights and I felt better knowing she was safe for sleep.
Kayla O.
Love this as a safe sleep option and looking forward to bringing it on many camping trips with our little in the future.
Merin T.
Super soft and super warm! Babe loves it so much, he wants to stay in it even if it’s too warm for such a delight.
Water resistance is just enough to keep leaks in check and the occasional accidental late-night change-fountain from derailing a good sleep.
The enclosed hands and flared toe box are the perfect touches for wiggly sleepers to stay cozy and comfortable.
Heck, if Morrison started making adult sizes, I’d snap one up in a heartbeat.

Backpacking with baby
Dani R.
Came on time and met all expectations! Love how compact it can get for backpacking!
Kristie F.
Love it. Made tent camping with out little one a breeze!
Andrea F.
I have both the little and big mo 20 degree down bags and I absolutely love them. I've taken my son camping and backpacking several times in mild weather (low 40s - 50s overnight) and he has stayed cozy and also not overheated when the nights were warmer. The lightweight down bag packs up so nice and small that my 2.5 year old carried it himself in his little pack along with a snack on his first backpacking trip.
Melanie H.
It keeps my baby VERY warm.
Tyler W.
My 16 month loved it….We loved it too kept warm all night and I to the morning she didn’t seem to mind it at all. Definitely a great purchase, we plan on buying the bigger one as she grows.
Amy A.
We love that this is a SAFE sleep option for our toddler (just 12 months). Thank you so much for caring about keeping babies safe and happy on their adventures
Kellen S.
Just got back from the inaugural tent camping trip for our 16 month old in AK. His brother (3.5 years) is a seasoned camper but we learned with him that babies get coooldd!! We were excited to try this new product, and it was a game changer! From having to put our first kiddo in sleeping bags with us, to now having our second sleep peacefully thru the night...it was worth every penny! Leaving in a week for another 10 day trip with the boys in remote AK. Not worried a bit about keeping our little one warm :). Thank you! Already telling friends about your product!
Elizabeth T.
We bought the 20 degree Little Mo (6-24 month) sleeping bag for our 8 month old in preparation for camping season in Colorado. Our very first night, lows were in the low 30s (in May) and several families packed up and left in the middle of the night. At the time of this picture, It was about 34 degrees outside--the baby slept super well and was the warmest one at the campsite. This product is warm, safe, snuggly, and a must-have for camping in the mountains!
Lila W.
This sleeping bag made our first camping trip in the rain a MUCH more enjoyable experience. Kept my little man nice and warm!
James N.
Kid couldn't get comfortable in it. Too restrictive, wasn't able to move. Wont sleep in it.
Chad S.
We have used the Little Mo many times already and LOVE it. It is the perfect item for camping with a little one. It keeps our daughter perfectly warm, safe, and cozy.
Katelynn & P.
Love this sleeping bag! Kept our little lady nice and warm and cozy even in colder nights. She also loved being inside it and thought it was so fun! It also packs down really nice and small! Would definitely recommend!
Briana L.
Took our 14 month old camping at 9500 ft elevation in New Mexico and this bag held up great! Baby was warm, cozy and even appeared too warm upon initial sleep but slept through the night, even in temperatures in the mid 30’s F. Love the fact the zipper can’t be undone by baby, just wish the leg room was a tad longer.
Micki M.
Great solution for camping with my 9mo. She was warm and comfortable over several nights in the 40s
Emily S.
Our 8 month old loves this super cozy sleeping bag. So far, they've slept just as well in the tent as they do at home!
Jessica K.
Looks like a great sleeping bag but poor customer service. I paid an extra $20 for express shipping and the product didn't leave the warehouse for 10 days. I contacted the company, he said he would look into it and I never heard back. Sleeping bag didn't arrive in time for our trip, so haven't had the chance to use it.
David M.
Great sleeping bag, the only actually suitable for camping in Scotland one we could find anywhere. Its cosy and light and easy to carry.
We did have to modify it to open up the hands - our kid HATED the stiched closed hands and so we have cut them open and elasticated the sleeves instead so his hands can come out....the down ones really need to have the turn over hands like the synthetic ones.
Its also not got a lot of growth room for our 14 month old, no chance that it will still fit when he is 24 months. So sizing maybe a bit on the small side.
Still we are glad we bought it and will be buying a larger version when we need..but will hold out as long as possible in the hope the sleeve design is improved first
Henry W.
We just took our 7 months old to car camping in the mountain. We were anticipating the temperate to be near freezing but it dropped to -7C at night! My wife and I were freezing in our sleeping bag rated at -18C. The whole night we kept checking our son's neck to make sure he was warm enough. Thankfully, he fared much better than the adults did in his amazing Little mo 20 sleep bag. Full disclosure: Under his Little mo 20, he was wearing a thin merino wool base layer with pants and 2 layer of onesies.
Monica M.
First time cold weather tent camping. We were at Zion NP in the spring. Expected lows for that time of year are 35-40 degrees, but a cold front came through and it ended up being 25 degrees at night. I was nervous about dressing him warm enough or being able to co-sleep safely in the cold, so we were super excited to find this for our 1yr old! He wore a fleece onesie underneath and a hat with ear flaps that velcros under the chin. Initially, I did not use the hat because I wasn't sure if he would need it, but he woke up cold so we adjusted. Slept soundly after that.
Maureen W.
Very happy with the quality. Fabric is lightweight and colour is vibrant.
The size is accurate for up to 24 months.
Becca T.
So stoked to try out this sleep sack with my infant! He's only 3 months now, so it's a pretty big and fluffy fit, but by the time we're camping a lot I think it will be perfect! Super soft and cozy, especially right at the neck which is perfect for kiddos. With our first we just layered awkwardly with whatever we had, but this will be so much less bulky and so much warmer for him. My little guy is a hand sucker, so hopefully that doesn't pose any issues for him, but otherwise it's exactly what we need for car camping and backpacking as a family of 4!
Ryan B.
Our 6 month old spent her first night winter camping in sub 15 degree temps in a roof top tent. The bag worked great and kept her cozy and warm. The bag is built well, good materials. Packs small.
Leah R.
I definitely trust the quality and warmth of this product. We did a cross country drive and car camped so our family could meet baby during COVID. My only complaint is that since it's designed to only zip from the top, baby got too warm, so we had to leave her in it completely unzipped. It would be nice if there was an option to unzip from the top to have the chest more open.
Joanne M.
We purchased for our new granddaughter Stella, no camping yet! But we love the quality , size to be able to use for the first years camping. Color is great. Product was referred to us.
Patty R.
It’s actually a Christmas present so I don’t know.
Cheryl L.
Excellent quality! Highly recommend for baby shower gift!
Terry Y.
I bought this as a gift
JoAnn B.
My 10 month old Grandson used it when they went camping. He was warm and cozy all night!
Eben M.
Fantastic sleeping bag! Our daughter slept like she was at home :)
Charmaine F.
7mths - 18lb - My little guy loved it! Not one complaint....I was cold in my supposed 20° sleeping bag and he was warm enough in a fleece or a cotton PJ. In the morning he would play with the arms like a side road flatable man, highly entertained. Convenient for in/out and nappy change. He slept on his back, side and tummy and we felt comfortable he was safe when sleeping fabric is slippery in your arms at first but you get it pretty fast... great product 5☆+
Michelle A.
My 6 month slept all night and he was warm and toasty that next morning!
Kathryn H.
Great for our daughters first camping trip. She was the warmest in the family.
Elena N.
Super fast shipping. Well made! I gave this as a gift to some friends and they are looking forward their upcoming hiking/camping trip and knowing their baby will be toasty warm!
Margaret E.
Spent the night camping at Baxter State Park in mid October with our 6 month old daughter. She was so warm! I stuck my hand in the bag to check around 2am when it was about 30 degrees out and she was a toaster oven of warmth! Our friend, who summited and returned from Mt Katahdin in about 4 hours, stated he wishes that he had one for adults when he is on his own summiting missions! Thanks for the great Gear!
Samantha T.
This sleeping back is warm, cozy, and easy to use. We live in Montana and do a lot of camping with our little ones. We were feeling frustrated by the limited options available to create a safe but warm sleeping space for our 9-month old. This was the perfect solution! So glad we found it. Love the option to trade it in for a discount once our daughter outgrows it.
Lauren K.
Our 2-year-old testing it out before the weekend’s camping trip. I wasn’t sure how she would react to her hands being inside, but she loved it and slept great!
Maude L.

We picked up the little mo for our 4 month old for fall camping and winter trips to our wood stove heated cabin (it’s usually frozen when we arrive and takes a few hours to thaw with the stove going). Our daughter is tall for her age, so she fit reasonably well with room to grow. We considered bundling her in a bunch of layers, but the little mo was easier and probably much more comfortable. Our first time out was a bit cold (around 35 degrees at night) and she got a bit cold with a wool base layer and the little mo. We added another fleece layer and she did better the rest of the night. I wasn’t able to find any other good sleeping options on the market, and I really like that the sleeves are closed at the ends the keep her little hands warm. The construction quality is on par with adult outdoor products, so I imagine it will last for a long time. I hope our daughter will fit in this for a couple years, but when she grows out, I’m sure there will be plenty of life for another little camper and she will upgrade to the bigger size. Thanks Morrison for keeping the camping season going for our family!
Bija S.
This seems like such a great gift. The little one who will be using it has yet to try it out, but I know it will be great. I also wanted to call out the great customer service!
Caitlin A.
On the fence about this sleeping bag for your little one? Buy it. Now! Best purchase for our camping trip hands down!! It got down to 33° F and our little 11.5 month old daughter stayed sooo toasty all night. Slept her usual 12 hours straight! I was worried about her not being able to get to her hands or pick up her paci, but it was never an issue. I kept her in the bag in the morning as well when sitting out by the fire. I slept so much better knowing she was staying warm!
Stephanie F.
This sleeping bag is PERFECT! When we first went camping with our 7 month old last year we didn't have one yet. I was up all night checking his temperature and breathing. We bought this one for this summer (used multiple times from 16-20 months so far) and it has made sleeping a breeze for everyone. Our wild guy hates when we put it on him, but once he calms down he is out. Warm and comfortable all night! We already got the Big Mo so we can keep camping safely next year!
Paul B.
Bought the Little Mo 40 and 20 to help us get out camping with our little one.
We've used the 40 a few times over the last few weeks and thought we'd give the 20 a go for the first time this weekend as temperatures were forecast to drop to about 6°C overnight. We're glad we did: our car had frost on it this morning so it must have hit 0°C overnight, yet our little one was snug and warm thanks to his Little Mo 20!
A brilliant bit of kit, and worth every penny for the peace of mind it brings!
Becca N.
Our 7 month old slept great in the mountains of Colorado in his new Morrison sleeping bag! It seems so cozy and is great for a good nights sleep and to stay warm in cozy in the morning.
Mary C.
So warm and easy to put on. We got it for camping with our 8 mo, and it worked great. So happy with the purchase.
Clare S.
My 15m is super happy in this. We’re camping on the beach in New York and shes almost too hot. She’s a happy baby and slept lovely in this.
Erin D.
LOVE this sleeping bag! It kept our 7-month old nice and cozy during the cold Colorado nights. And it gave me peace of mind that he’d be both warm and safe while we camped. The result.....restful nights for everyone!

Our child loves the sleepingbag, both to play with it in the tent and to sleep in it. So far it was sufficiently warm for Norwegian autumn (5°C). It packs very small, it is soft and warm, and green!
Customers service is laudable!
-
Maybe our son is on the big side, but at 15 months, his feet start touching the end of the bag, it is unlikely to last until 24 months
Bija S.
I just got it. It's for a friend having a baby in a few months, so can't send a photo of it in action yet. But it looks great! The service I received was top notch as well. Thanks!
Katherine S.
Love this sleeping bag! Our 6 month old used it for a car camping trip where temperatures got down to around 35F. He was super toasty in there and we didn't have to worry about anything, which helped us all sleep peacefully.
Jen S.
Love our little mo 20! Tried it out on a backcountry hike this weekend and our little miss was cozy and warm!
Emma C.
Super cozy and will fit our baby for a long time! It’s a bit big now but so glad it has the smaller neck which is also lined with soft fabric
Leah T.
It's well made! Soft and warm! My baby loves it
Ryan S.
I highly recommend this sleeping bag! We recently used it on a trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and the temps drop down the high 30s, low 40s at night. Our son never seemed to be bothered by the cold at all! It is worth every penny!
Kearstin D.
Took our 6 month old to the high sierras for a week. He slept well and I slept well knowing he was warm and safe. Doesn’t hurt that it is also freaking adorable. We plan to get good use out of it the next two years. I was worried the material would be too slippery for him to move around in his own in the crib, but he was his own usual wiggle worm self.
Jordana S.
It’s lightweight and warm. The biggest issue is that the sleeves are closed so my baby can’t use his hands. He is still attached to his pacifier so when it falls out, he can’t use his hands to put it back in.
Matthew L.
We absolutely LOVE our Morrison sleeping bag. We had a difficult time finding a suitable sleeping bag for our baby as there aren’t many (or any) on the market for smaller infants. While it was quite expensive for us (we are from
Canada so paying for the bag in US dollars in addition to customs, shipping and duties) it has been well worth it and this sleeping bag has been fantastic! We love the softness, quality, and warmth. If anything, my only recommendation would be to ensure your baby isn’t over heating in the bag during summer months when the temperature doesn’t drop as low overnight. We found a light sleeper was more than enough under the sleeping bag to keep our babe nice and toasty warm. We would highly recommend this sleeping bag to any parents who love to backpack/camp as it packs down very small and is lightweight for longer treks! We would have no issue buying from the Morrison brand again as our child grows. We’re confident we will get good use and longevity out of this sleeping bag for any future babies! Couldn’t say enough great things about this product!
Nicole B.
We’ve been camping a couple times since buying the sleeping bag. It has kept our daughter nice and warm all night long. The bag fits really well, currently she is 14 months old and very tall for her age. Overall, just a great investment!!
Megan M.
Our son slept extremely well in his Little Mo 20! We have tried lots of other sleeping options for our son in our tent but this is the perfect solution. A must have item for anyone who spends lots of time camping. They can't wiggle out of it while moving around in their sleep, and you can rest easy knowing that they are warm enough. It is also super light weight.
Aside from the product being fantastic, the customer service we experienced at Morrison Outdoors was also outstanding. They were extremely fast replying to inquires and very accommodating! We are so happy with this product that we have purchased the Big Mo 20 for our son to move into, as he passes down his Little Mo to his soon to be little brother or sister.
We highly recommend this product!
Kailey B.
We bought the Little Mo 20 degree Down Baby Sleeping Bag. We've taken our 7 month old baby camping twice so far and he has seemed to be very warm both times. The temperature got down below 40 degrees. The first night we felt his neck a couple of times in the night and his neck was warm. He slept as well as he normally sleeps; through the night! I am so glad we found this sleeping bag because we don't have to be worried about the baby getting cold. He doesn't love to have it on when he's not sleeping, so it's not something he wears after we get up. We have recommended this to a few other friends with babies around the same age and as far as I've heard, they have all been happy with it!
Lauren d.
Awesome product, my daughter loves it and it seems super comfortable! Can't wait for the many fun family camping trips to come!
Victoria Q.
WOW! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our little one slept just as good if not better. We had her in just a diaper underneath and she stayed a perfect temperature through the night. Diaper changes were a breeze too. Thank you for designing this sleeping bag!
MJ S.
Love the quality of this sleeping bag and my little seems to be very comfortable in it as well. Lot's of room to grow for this 7 month old.
Dalia T.
Joris (7.5 months) now tried out his new sleeping bag with the temperature just below 0 celcius. It seems very comfy, and is warm and light, so we are looking forward to take it on many hikes. It feels good that it is approved for camping. I had spent quite some time worrying about safe sleeping on our earlier trips. And for the awake time, it is both warm and non restricting for some crawl and play in the tent.
I think that the future models could improve on the length. It felt just the right length right now already, so I doubt it will last until Joris is 2 years old. It must be really tight by then. I would rather have it 50 grams heavier, but lasting a bit longer. As for the temperature, it felt just right around 0 degress C with double woolen underwear, but I am not sure if I would dare to go down to -6.
Ryan T.
We love our Little Mo! It packs down light and small and fits our 14 month old (26ish lbs) well. Seems to keep her warm and cozy. She still has plenty of room to kick her feet and would walk around camp in it if we would let her. Materials and workmanship seem solid. Looking forward to getting a lot more use out of it.
Annie R.
We climbed in Bishop this weekend and camped in the Pinon area on the mesa above the Owens River Gorge. It was down to 26 on Sat night with howling winds whipping our tent. Mom and Dad up all night but Clyde was toasty in his Little Mo and completely unphased by the conditions.
JR P.
Our Little Mo comes along on camping trips and even cold walks around the neighborhood. It's been a simple way to make sure our baby stays warm, no matter the conditions. Construction is solid and we have zero complaints!
Kelly
We camped for 6 nights in Grand Teton and Yellowstone recently with our 8 month old and used this bag and never worried about our daughter’s warmth. It got down into the 30s a couple nights and she seemed nice and warm with a pair of fleece footie PJs and this bag. I couldn’t have been happier with our purchase! We all slept better knowing she was warm and we didn’t have to worry!
Melissa M.
Morgan loves his Little Mo Sleeping bag! He is entirely comfortable and stays toasty warm inside of it! He loves that he can still move around in it. We love that we know he’s warm and safe. We’ve used it multiple times cabin-camping and playing outdoors in the fall, in Alaska, and it has worked amazingly well! This is a must-have for any parents planning outdoor adventures with a babe.
Mor S.
Kept my baby girl nice and toasty in the backcountry. It’s so much warmer then everything else we’ve tried. It is pretty hard to thread her arms through since the armholes are so narrow and there is no opening at the end. Overall we’re extremely please and will highly recommend.
